Watch Blackwell come alive with creatures great and small. Maddy Humberstone’s Lost in Cumbria gives us a glimpse of the endangered and extinct species we could be living alongside.

This mixed-media experience showcases the local artist's craft, weaving together carpentry, upholstery, welding, photography and more.

With a dress by internationally renowned designer Deborah Milner and pieces made alongside local community groups and St George’s Primary School, this installation is a nod to the Arts and Crafts movement's philosophy to return to nature.

Visiting with young people? Become a wildlife investigator as you follow the mystery tracks and trails left by Cumbrian creatures throughout the house and garden.
